To receive liquid fuels payments from the commonwealth by March 1, certain reports must be filed on time. If these reports are not filed timely, liquid fuels payments will be delayed until the reports below are filed and processed.  

• The MS-965 Actual Use Report of State Funds was due to PennDOT on January 31; 

• The Report of Elected and Appointed Officials was due to DCED on January 31; 

•  The 2024 Survey of Financial Condition must be received by DCED by February 13 to be processed in time to receive liquid fuels payments by March 1. Note that DCED’s deadline for this report is March 15.
