Shapiro Budget Address Tomorrow, Previews Tax Credit Plan 

Gov. Josh Shapiro will hold his first budget address tomorrow before a joint session of the House and Senate. On Friday, Shapiro provided a preview of a three-year tax credit incentive of up to $2,500 for newly certified teachers, nurses, and police officers that he plans to discuss as part of his budget address. The intent is to help address the workforce shortage in these professions that the commonwealth faces.
