Some Pennsylvanians May Apply for Help with Water, Wastewater Bills 

The Low-Income Household Water Assistance Program (LIHWAP) has been reopened to help families with past-due water bills, terminated service, or termination notices. LIHWAP first opened in 2022 and helped 44,319 households in paying their water and wastewater bills. Pennsylvania received additional federal funding to reopen LIHWAP through August 11, 2023, or until all funds are used, whichever comes first. Click here for more information.
