State Ethics Commission Extends Filing Deadline

Under the State Ethics Act, the deadline for filing Statements of Financial Interests for calendar year 2020 is May 1, 2021. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the State Ethics Commission has determined that complete and accurate statements for calendar year 2020 that are filed between May 2, 2021, and June 1, 2021, will be considered as timely filed.
