State Transportation Commission 2023 12-Year Program Adopted 

The State Transportation Commission, the state Department of Transportation, and the Commonwealth’s Metropolitan and Rural Planning Organizations have finalized adoption of Pennsylvania’s 2023 12-Year Transportation Program (TYP). The TYP is PennDOT’s mid-range planning tool used to identify and prioritize transportation projects and the funding needed to complete them.
