Thank you to the thousands of township officials, employees, and first responders who spent their day monitoring conditions, closing roads, rescuing citizens, and keeping residents safe from the excessive rains from the remnants of Tropical Depression Ida. Stay safe today as the clean-up begins and as creeks, streams, and rivers flood. The 511PA map shows how extensive state road closures are across the commonwealth this morning, even after the western counties have been free of rain for about 12 hours. Flooding is extensive in southcentral and southeastern Pennsylvania.
