USDA Has Low-Interest Loans for Water, Wastewater Projects

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has available historically low interest rates of 1.25% to 2.125% for loans from the Water & Waste Disposal Loan & Grant Program. The funds can be used to help build, expand, and repair your community’s drinking water, wastewater, stormwater, and sanitary solid waste disposal systems. Projects must be located in a municipality with 10,000 people or less.
