Governor Tom Wolf said recently Pennsylvania will have a new elections chief as he enters his final year in office. Leigh Chapman, the recent Executive Director of “Deliver My Vote,” a Washington DC voting advocacy group, had previously served in the Wolf Administration from 2015 to 2017 as a policy director at the Department of State. The current Acting Secretary of State, Veronica Degraffenreid, will become a special advisor to Wolf.
